Ingredients
8 egg whites or 30g
3 slices of regular bread (Not wholemeal)
4 tsp of Sweetener
2 tsp cinnamon
1tsp of Vanilla extract
Tsp 1.5 of Xanthan Gum (Amazon)
Fruit
Cooking Spray
Low Calorie Maple syrup
Pre heat frying pan and add the low calorie spray
Add into a blender
Bread
Cinnamon
Xanthan Gum
Sweetener
Egg whites
Vanilla extract
and mix
3. Add the mixture to the plan and when the edges look cook flip
4. Once flipped a couple of times make sure the pancakes are cooked through
5. Add fruit and low calorie syrup and enjoy!
