Low Calorie Ice Cream recipe under 250 Calories!


Ingredients


  1. Mixed Fruit 150g

  2. Protein Powder 30g

  3. Almond Milk 150g

  4. Xanthan Gum (On amazon) 5g

  5. 4tsp Sweetener

  6. Ice (the more ice the better)


Add all ingredients into the blender (Ninja Blenders are the best)

  1. Crush

  2. Blend


Put the blender over your head and make sure it doesn't fall out then you know its done!
