Low cal cinnamon Donut


Ingredients:

40g oat flour (Blended outs)

Sprinkle of Cinnamon

Tsp Nutmeg

Tbsp baking powder

15g Vanilla protein

Egg

Tsp Coco powder

100g Vanilla yogurt



Mix all the ingredients into a bowl and pour into a donut oven tray

Pre set the oven 180 degrees and place for 15 minutes

Oil the bottom of the donut oven tray

Allow to cool then place in the fridge

Add atopping of your choice!
