Low cal olive oil spray
1 Tomato
30g Mushrooms
15g Onions

Preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees.
Add mince into a mixing bowl and add seasonings.
Roll the mince into a ball shape like a burger.
Add to the air and spray the low cal olive oil.
Cook for 10-12 mins and turn over the burger after half of the time.
While the burger is cooking fry the tomatoes onion and mushrooms.
Prepare the salad.
Add together and done!
