ABOUT ME
My name is Luke and I am a personal trainer and online coach with over 10 years experience in fitness. Over the years I have trained hundreds of clients with different goals such as:
-Gaining muscle

-Wedding/Holiday prep

- And living a healthier lifestyle
I have researched and studied almost every diet such as keto, Atkins, 5:2 diet and intermittent fasting etc. I have watched many YouTube videos and attended many seminars to find the best ways to workout, eat right and feel good. I am a proud father of two and I understand the boundaries that life can throw at you and hinder you accomplishing your health and fitness goals.

I have learned that everyone is different and everybody needs different goals and different ways of completing them. There are so many ways to improve your health, nutrition and training which I like to implement to my clients so they get the best results but also enjoy the process. This is why I became an online coach and personal trainer as I want to offer everything what I have learned to help you achieve your goals.
